Looking for replacement earbuds.

I am looking for in-ear to replace my old pair of Sony WF-1000XM4's.

I liked them, but the battery died on one of them and I got a 100% refund instead of a replacement.

I bought the Sennheiser TW4's but had to return them as there seems to a bug/intentional choice to not care if the user has decided to disable DVC.
The earbuds must support disabling DVC as I am using an "weird" EQ on my phone that only works when it is not enabled.

Should I just pick up the Sony WF-1000XM5's or something else?

I am mostly going to be using them for listening music from my phone and blocking sound if I leave my apartment.

 

Other prefrences:

• Available to buy from inside the EU for warranty reasons.
• Have ANC
• A good bass
• 4+h battery life

 

Please ask if I have failed to mention something critical. (Would not be the first time.)

Ah a first thing that I forgot to mention.

Yes. They can be TWS.

 

However the Space travel's sound like a too good to be true deal.

For that price they can not be any good?

They're a bit fragile and the battery probably will go bad quicker than high end TWS buds, right now the Galaxy buds FE are the best deal if you're on android, Sennheiser broadly sucks with in-ears and Sony has been having a concerning number of battery explosions for me to be happy recommending. That said i can very much vouch for Space Travel being great, just don't throw them around and try to avoid dropping

Yes, they sound too good to be true for that price, but they do quite literally sound that way.

 

They do have some weak points though, quite a clumsy case mechanism where you need some time to adjust/master taking them out of the case and returning them in. Also, the battery doesn't last as long as on some pricier models. I've calculated the lack of an EU warranty since you'd have to order them from China.

@Jauska would regular (wired) IEM-s work too? They don't have ANC.
