GeForce Experience Clips Issue

I am having an issue with my clips taken from GeForce Experience. Any clip I save now pops up trying to get my to buy this HEVC Video Extension to watch it and it has never done that before and all my old clips are still viewable. I can hear the audio in the clip but I get no video. I tried opening with different programs and I still get the same thing. I know it's only .99 cents but I still want to know why all of a sudden. The only thing I can think of is that there was a driver update that day before this started. I wasn't sure if anyone is familiar with this and maybe I somehow messed up a setting or something? Any help would be appreciated
