keeps freezing while booting

Hi everyone,

 

So a few days ago, my pc just didn't want to boot to windows anymore. It sucks, but I didn't mind as I wanted a clean windows install. Now is the problem that it just doesn't want to boot to the USB. 

I have tried pretty much everything, changed bios settings, resetting the bios, and it still just freezes with its loading circle. I bought a new USB stick, put the windows' installment on it and it still wont boot to it or anything else.

 

Does anyone have any idea what i can do to fix it?
