Specs:

Motherboard: MSI B760 GAMING PLUS WIFI

CPU: Intel Core i5-12600K 10C/16T 4.9GHz LGA1700

GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 3060 VENTUS 2X 12G OC

RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR5 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL36 Intel XMP iCUE Compatible

PSU: MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 Power Supply Unit, 750W, 80 Plus Gold

CPU Cooler: DeepCool AK500

M.2 SSD: Crucial P3 1TB M.2 PCIe Gen3

I have plugged in my motherboard 24 pin ATX, CPU PWR 1, and GPU PCIE into the PSU.

When I turn on the system it goes between red CPU and orange DRAM LEDs before staying on a solid yellow DRAM EZ debug LED.

I have tried reseating the CPU, different RAM sticks, different RAM slots. I don't have a second DDR5-Compatible motherboard to test with, or a second modular PSU.

Any ideas?

Only other thing I'm aware of that can cause boot issues is a cooler mount that is uneven or too tight/too loose.

Did you try the onboard with the graphics card pulled? Preferably using HDMI.
