GPU doesn't start running

I built my first PC a couple days ago and everything else seems to work just fine, but my GPU doesn't always seem to wake up when I start the computer. At first it didn't work at all but started working after I took it out and back in so I thought it wasn't just connected properly.

 

Today it did the same thing again. My monitor shows no signal and the gpu is completely silent. Rebooting the pc helped and everything works normally again. Benchmarking shows no issues with anything and it runs everything perfectly fine after the gpu "wakes up".

 

I'm really new when it comes to everything about computers so would greatly appreciate the help.

 

I'm running MSI rtx 4070 ti on asus tuf 650b+ MB
