PC doesnt boot when above 4g decoding js enabled

Used ReBarUEFI on my x79 motherboard, can enable resizeable bar 1024mb and gpu-z shows it but amd software says its disabled, tried setting to unlimited=doesnt boot(maybe because 4g decoding is disabled?)

 

My graphics card is xfx rx 580 2048sp btw

 

CSM is disabled ofcourse
