I ordered the kit version and was just wondering have I made a mistake but not getting the integrated graphics?

it should be fine, if youre using a discrete gpu, there are few things youll need an iGPU for. The only real upside to having it when using a dGPU is for troubleshooting

Assuming you aren't a professional that benefits from QuickSync, the iGPU is really worth only about $20 IMO, as you can just get a second hand dGPU to use as a display out for troubleshooting for about $10. The convenience factor of not needing to trade out your main dGPU for the spare is what you'd be paying a premium for, although even that is not a guarantee to save you any real time, as if you can't get picture out from the motherboard, a step to try would be to remove the dGPU to make sure the motherboard isn't trying to use it for graphics.

Again, if you can use QuickSync for something, then by all means, pay the extra. For certain software, it's very helpful. But if you're just gaming, the iGPU's value proposition is a lot weaker, and going with an F SKU just makes sense if it can save you $30+.
