You can use a push/pull config with your H110 I think.

Its all rumor until its offical or released.

That is true.

And you will have trouble fitting the H110 with push-pull configuration with this motherboard as it has a pretty big heatsink at the top, and no you are not going to be able to fit a 3rd fan on the top, but it should not be an issue since it's going to be over the 51/4" so it's not going to chnage temps that much, I would rather go with the 3rd fan spot on the top as a passive exhaust.

Other than that, your build looks perfectly fine to me. Other than that obsolete optical disc drive (but if you need it I don't blame you, I have one as well), everything is fine and if I had the money I would do just about the same.

Have fun with building it ;)

what if i got an H105 w/ push pull config? and if allowed, add that 3rd fan for added exhaust, would that be okay?

Look at this:

H105-09.jpg

This is an H105 in a 760T, and it's only in push or pull, you see how tight this is...

I fear you're not going to be able to make it push-pull. And as for the 3rd fan, no, it's not going to work as the radiator take up more space than the 280mm of the two fans.
However when you receive your H105 and you see there is space for another fan, you could always add it later, but with an optical drive just under it, it's not worth it.
