Im looking for a good AM5 Mini ITX motherboard
and saw the ASRock A620I LIGHTNING WIFI and the Gigabyte A620I AX
are these good options?

Sure, if the A620 limitations are OK with you. There really isn't a massive selection in the first place. About the only one that isn't a good option is the ASRock B650E PG-ITX WIFI due to it not including BIOS flashback.
