Ram: G.Skill DDR4 4000 (F4-4000C18D-32GTZN)

Video Card: XFX Raw II 5700XT

Keyboard: Corsair K95 Platinum

Mouse: Corsair Scimitar RGB Elite

PSU: CORSAIR AXi Series AX1200i Digital 1200W

Running XMP profile

My issue started with a boot loop and no picture 90% of the time. When it would post and I accessed BIOS my mouse would not function, and my keyboards esc key also did not function. After a brief period of time (3~5 min) in the bios the keyboard would stop responding but the clock in the Bios still ran. After removing my SSD drives, I still had a boot loop but picture and post happened fine. It would freeze when attempting to load Windows or Recovery. Esc key on keyboard works in bios again (did not wait to see if keyboard stopped responding after period of time) however my mouse still does not.

I am able to successfully boot into windows in maybe 1 out of 15 boots. No stability issues detected when within Windows, however my K95 will constantly disconnect or reconnect and the lighting effects occasionally 'freeze' as well as any input gets repeatedly sent. Like, if it froze while I was typing the letter "r" it would constantly type the "r" until I disconnect/reconnect.

My Scimitar mouse does not move the cursor, however the LMB, RMB, lights and all side buttons function as expected. If I connect this mouse to another PC it functions fine, able to move cursor.

I've ran the windows memtest and did not discover any issues.

In my attempts at getting into ANY kind of environment I have tried Medicat and was not able to successfully load into any of the live environments provided via that route, and I also made an Archlinux boot USB that threw amdgpu errors ([CRTC:85:crtc-0] flip_done timed out / commit wait timed out) repeatedly.

Any help/suggestions/information greatly appreciated. I'm afraid to reboot my PC lol
