For the LAN center you should also put IR lights up to help with Quest 3 and other Inside Out tracking VR headsets.

 

You could also get some of those Omni Directional VR Treadmills for the workout area. Could get some Quest 3 and extra removable silicon facial interfaces. Busch Gardens Williamsburg had this really cool thing for the Vive headsets (for the now defunct Battle for Eire) that users put on a plastic helmet/face shell and then the headset had magnets and the VR headset magnetically attached to the plastic helmet/face shell.

I'm wondering how much they are going to be able to use the space as a playground for tech like this.

When Dan was going over the Audio system I instantly though of Q-Sys from QSC being perfect at least as a main DSP as everything is over the network. They don't have much for PoE or direct network speakers but It works seamlessly with Dante so any equipment they already have would work.

RDL also has a bunch of Dante wall plates for things like Bluetooth and local line in and out they could place anywhere of put in throwable boxes they can lay out for the LAN party to hook up a stage.

This may be common sense but maybe use an upscaler like the mClassic for the smash beauty pageants.  Can't wait, guys!
