If you plan on buying the 5000 series then I wouldn't bother returning it.  The Ti Super ain't that much faster than the 4070 Ti, certainly not worth the hassle.
We can expect the RTX 5000 series to be launched sometime in 2025.

I bought 4070 ti for 1090p(I don’t wanna hear it) it it worth returning for 4070 ti super I plan on buying 5000 series when it launches and do u think 5000 will be puce gem 6

enjoy your new gpu, the performance increase isn't that much (if you've already bought the 4070 Ti) and if you've got a 7800X3D or a 13600k it should be great at 1080p
