Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Pretty taxing gaming I believe, and basic work things (though any 1500$ computers going to be able to do that lol)

In what world is 7800XT a bottleneck?

RAM way too slow. Now that's a bottleneck.

Spending way too much on the Samsung SSD. Competitors cost half that.

FYI Smaller motherboard in a big case. Might not like how it looks. At $130 it's also very pricy. They don't even fully load it with fans...

 

Other than that it's solid.
