One and last question. Card ASRock Radeon RX 7900 XT Phantom Gaming OC fine? @filpo

What can you tell me about her? Do the throttles squeak under heavy load? Is 777 euro a good price for a new card?

the card isn't bad but you can get a 7900 xtx

after a long time with Windows systems (about 8 years), I'm going back to Gentoo, I also want to upgrade my PC. Can you tell me how much my build is optimally priced for linux. I'm planning to use KDE 6 for the first time, very interested in how it is now.

OS: Linux, Gentoo

Mobo: ASUS TUF Gaming B650-Plus WIFI (90MB1BZ0-M0EAY0)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900, 12C/24T, 3.70-5.40GHz, boxed (100-100000590BOX)

How much faster will the first option be than this one? 50 to 60 percent?

mpg x570 gaming plus, ASRock Radeon RX 7900 GRE, DDR-4 corsair vengeance DDR4 32GB 3600MHz, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X.

all pretty reasonable.

Get the XT over the GRE.  The GRE isn't very good in comparison for the price.
RAM:  Aim for 6000 CL 30-32 for optimal performance.

Don't forget a CPU Cooler.

Otherwise that seems pretty reasonable.

It looks PowerColor Hellhound Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24 GB Video Card very powerful, and will my PSU be enough for it? I'm a little surprised.

I'm going to go see how the CPU is doing r9 7900, coller Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler, hm.

the ryzen 9 7900 doesn't draw much power and the 7900 xtx at max should draw around 350w so your unit is 7 years old you'll be fine

at 1440p or 4k you'll be fine (maybe get a 7800X3D for 1440p unless you need the extra cores) but at 1080p you'll have to get the 7800X3D

I just noticed now that I have Corsair Gold RMx 650w😄

I always thought I had a 750w. So I should change it to a more powerful one?

One and last question. Card ASRock Radeon RX 7900 XT Phantom Gaming OC fine? @filpo

What can you tell me about her? Do the throttles squeak under heavy load? Is 777 euro a good price for a new card?
