How do I update a Calman PatternForge?

Recently I've been working on calibrating displays, and for this I use Calman with a Portrait Displays Patternforge. In Calman it's currently saying that I need to update it, yet when I do so it'll tell me "You will need to connect the PatternForge to the internet and let it sit for at least 15 min before updating it." even after I have it on for 15 minutes doing nothing. Every time it says the same thing, and it's getting really annoying.
