Use the stock cpu cooler that comes with the cpu if you want to lower the price. Ignore the bios warning .. that board comes with Asrock Instant Flash allowing you to flash the bios with a USB stick.

The 6700xt is still a lot faster than the 7600xt.  The b450mac is also about $30 less and it has wifi and bluetooth, which most people are gonna expect whether they say so or not.  You can get an NVMe.  The assassin king is also only $1.50 more for a fifth heat pipe.  I also think the sale ended on that case and its $60 now.  Try this:

If you get something with an m.2 wifi (not the same as regular m.2) port the intel ax200 is the cheapest way to get wifi 6 and bluetooth 5.2.

any specific reason to go b550?  PCIe 4.0 is not worth getting a slower GPU or a worse power supply.  Frankly, with what you’re getting PCIe 4.0 will be meaningless, as that b450mac is $77 and a b550 board woth the wifi chip is gonna be at least $120 at a bare minimum.  You shouldn’t have to do a BIOS flash on the R2.0 as that board wasn’t even available until after ryzen 5000 came out.

They’re both control chipsets for amd motherboards.  AMD designs them for motherboard manufactures to jse with motherboards that are compatible with amd cpus.  They both allow xmp and manual overclocking.  They both allow for more PCIe lanes than you’ll need, but b550 allows for PCIe 4.0 while b450 allows for PCIe 3.0, which is essentially meaningless for gaming.  The b450mac is wifi 5 i believe, so it has a range of about 60 feet whereas wifi 6 about 100 feet, but that’s only if your router is also wifi 6.

Is there an NVIDIA equivalent to AMD RX 6700 XT 12 GB around the same price range?

The 3060 ti is $60 more expensive and only has 8gb of vram. You can also get a used 3070, that also has 8gb of vram
