PC will not start up properly

My computer requires multiple presses of the power button to turn on. Please view the attached video for details.

Check the power switch connector, it might be either damaged or not plugged in all the way. Or the pins are damaged. Should be at the bottom edge of your motherboard, below the graphics card. If that doesn't work, you might want to reseat the motherboard power plug, and maybe the cpu one just for good measure. Finally, the button itself might be broken, but it clicks pretty loudly so maybe not
