No internet after reset

I just recently full reset my pc and I reinstall windows 10 and now when I login it says I have no internet connection

Did you make sure the drivers for your internet got installed?

You probably need to reinstall the drivers for your NIC and/or WiFi adapter. You can get them from the support page for your motherboard or prebuilt PC. (It wouldn't hurt to reinstall all of the latest drivers available for your hardware.)

 

Take a look at Device Manager to see which network devices Windows detected.
