What psu do i need?

i7 7th gen, gtx 1050 ti ,16gb ram, 256 m.2 and if you are wondering the motherboard then its an Asus Prime B250M-K.

400W should be fine, but it might be hard to find a quality PSU with such "low" wattage. Check this list or at least the cybenetics website before pulling the trigger on anything. And feel free to also post here before buying.

Mostly anything would do, but I'd advise getting a reliable PSU >=650W that will last for long and be usable when you'll upgrade

PSU costing less than $50 tends to be crap (Thermaltake Smart talking to you 😛 ) 

MSI MAG A650BN is $60ish and is a good "budget"  choice, TierC

Personally, I would always recomend going with a higher wattage than you need if you can.
I'm currently using a PC not built by me with a "just enough" power supply, and upgrading now requires me to diassamble and rebuilt the whole PC since I need to switch the power supply (resulting in a need to swap all power cables).
