When I try to boot with a GPU installed in my PC it will not clear VGA to boot. It will not boot with either GPU that I have and one of them I know for sure works (Has been tested in a different computer) and I am completely stumped. I was wandering if it is possible for a PSU to be defective in a way that doesn't give enough power draw to be able to boot with a GPU installed.

My PC specs are as follows

Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 GAMING X AX
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700x
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GBx2
PSU: EVGA Supernova 1000GT
The card that I 100% sure works is a
Asus ROG STRIX-GTX1070-O8G-GAMING
My other card was in my old computer that fried itself therefore I am not sure whether or not it works but it is a ASUS RTX 3090 Turbo
