Budget (including currency): US Dollars

Country: America

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Riot games (Valorant), Steam games (Portal, Raft, ect), Minecarft with shaders, Roblox

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I Currently have a pc that I got for christmas a couple of years ago and it's a really cheap one on amazon. Instead of upgrading it i would rather just make a whole new one. I have watched some pc builds and LTT Videos to see what are good and what are not (or at least tried my best). my budget would be around $1,500 US Dollars ( I am saving up for this pc so if I have to go around 200 little over that would be fine). I just want a really nice pc that would make gaming a little more enjoyable.

But nVidia are launching their new "Super" skew soon, so i would recommend holding a bit for the GPU. Prices are surely gonna shift around a bit both on AMD and nVidia's fronts. Won't be surprised at all if the 7900XTX drops to just $899 or even lower.
