Pick the 7600 for £196

and then choose any of these motherboards.

Sure there are cheaper boards but they lack features that at least I would regret quickly.

CPU cost £250-270

Motherboard £160-180

No RAM yet? Remember that you need that to boot, a "platform" consist of things you need to POST a system. Its CPU-RAM-Motherboard, after the usual like power source and possibly separate external Graphics Card for CPU without any integrated graphics.

What is the best for performance with 3060 TI 8GB

I highly recommend you to consider the RX 6700XT instead at this price range. Yes their PPW is lower and that may be a turn off, but theyll last longer than the 3060Ti or 4060Ti 16GB in terms of performance and that would be a good trade if - from what you imply in this thread - you dont upgrade your rig a lot.

I will pay R6, rust, Tarkov, mcraft 1440p medium / high

Then don't worry about a better CPU cause your graphics card will be the first one keeping things back with a Ryzen 7600 at 1440p.

The best CPU in that range is the Ryzen 5 7600, also it has a much longer upgrade path.

For GPU you’d be better with a 6700XT. I’ve seen that you were asking what is the best CPU for a 3060 ti, it doesn’t exist such thing is just what cpu is not gonna bottleneck your gpu, and for your games as @venomtail has already explained, 7600 is more than enough for either a 3060 ti or a 6700XT. I’d also like to give you other recommendations, for RAM it shouldn’t exceed 6000MHz due to stability issues with am5 and for getting the best performance get low latency, like 6000MHz CL30. Also remember getting a good PSU, and don’t cut costs in there! If u need help with the choice of any other components just ask!

I'm sorry if i made any spelling mistakes, i'm not an English speaker.

Ryzen 7 5700G @ 4.2GHz All Core. Aorus Elite V2. 2x8Gb 3600MHz CL17. Nfortec Aegir X. Nfortec Nervia.

I really would temper your expectations here. 1080p is the most id recommend in this milk run system.
