Random Fps drops

Hi when playing games im getting random fps drops, the main game that i play is Conan Exiles where im playing all of the lowest settings and i way surpass the system requirements, im running a 2070 super and a Ryzan 7 2700x im stable at around 270 fps and every 20 minuets or so i drop down to 0-3 fps for about 30 seconds, all of my drivers are up to date this does also happen in other games. Does anyone have an idear of what might be happaning?
