Power Cycling

I just built a pc out of some old parts I have laying around and it was working fine for a couple days but then it randomly crashed on google. Now it is power cycling and I can't get it to boot. Any ideas on what caused this?

 

Parts list:

 

Z390 a-pro motherboard 

I5 9600k cpu

1060 6gb gpu

32gb corsair vengeance rgb pro ram

450w psu

WD blue 2tb hard drive 

Kingston 240gb ssd (boot drive)
