You can use OS it without it, or even create one later, from within the windows.

it’s just help for you, if something wrong happened with your OS partition.
of course, the OEM one, have usually slightly different recovery, usually with some of their programs preloaded in it.

Partition 1, system/OS

partition 2, Health/Recovery/OEM, used to restore your system if the system partition gets corrupted, contains the files of system backup image and files that guide system restoration.

Thanks,pic from web, I guess OEM had a personal color profile.
OEM data function to restore factory settings. What is this?
Give me advice on whether it is safe to use Win11 without this partition, there will be no BSOD.

 

 

p.s. have you tested the mouse with thumb rest, something like logitech G700s ,i use similar shape ,but 110x71x41mm
