HyperX PulseFire Dart Wireless mouse issues?

I have issue with my mouse, it works and then from time to time it decides to stop clicking and moving for 1-2 seconds but light stay on, in gaming that is a very big problem like CS2.. Temp fix is that i have to exit NGenuity software but then i cant set my custom dpi settings.. i need 400 , 800 and 1200 dpi.. 400 is not by default set.. Is there any fix to software or is there any alternative to ngenuity so i can use my mouse normally with my custom dpi settings?
