100% CPU Usage

Hello everybody, i ran into the problem that my CPU goes instantly high when i start any game, regardless of the graphicsettings. 

When joining into a game like  warzone or The Finals the CPU goes up to 95-100% usage and stays there. I experience a Bottleneck, GPU goes only 80% and have Overall bad performance, including microstutters etc.

I have tried a lot of fixes which i got from the Internet, which none of them helped, Including a fresh install of windows after formatting the SSD.

 

I might have found out what is causing the problem by myself afterall. I have tried to fix it but was unsuccessful.

I seem to get a lot of WMI-Activity errors, which all instantly get associated with high CPU usage when i look them up at the Internet.

I whould be happy if someone could help me fix them to see if that is what is causing the high CPU usage.

I'd start with a Windows reinstall, seems the scheduler went berserk
