2nd Monitors display issue

Hi,

My second Monitor display is detected as non-pnp and I don't know why.

Here is my configuration:

DisplayPort to VGA

Windows 10 version 1809

Motherboard Intel Apollo lake.

Integrated GPU Intel HD 505 with Intel Driver 31.0.101.2125

VGA cable Pin15 not connected

 

I have the exact same monitor connected, the first one is recognaized as PNP but not the second one.

when I switch from duplicate to extended, the second monitor is black screen ( resolution or active signal not ok), expecting resolution 1920x1080

 

note that I was previously with old configuration WIndows 10 version 1607 and HD 505 driver ver 23.20.16.4982.  and did face the issue before.
