Weird signature for startup program

Hello.

I was just checking my PCs startup programs when I found out Microsoft edge had a startup with over (20) tabs. Also the groups and names of the users are seen as “Account Unknown” my own admin and user profile are also on the list. 
Anyone have an idea what those unknown account means? It’s only me using the PC.
