I'm a first time PC builder and I'm wondering if I've done something wrong. When I turn on DOCP in the bios the PC won't boot. One of the graphics card fans won't turn on, Cinebench 2024 freezes before completion and Davinci resolve is laggy. Below is my full spec build:

CPU - 7950X3D
GPU - 7900 XTX
RAM - 2x32 GB DDR5 G Skill Trident Z5
Storage - 2 TB NVME m.2 SSD (Kingston KC3000)
Motherboard - Asus ROG Strix B650-A gaming wifi ATX am5
PSU - 1000W be quiet! Pure power 12M 80+ gold
CPU Cooler - Thermaltake TH360 V2
NZXT h6 case

Extra 2x140mm and 1x120mm fans

Is your computer stable without activating DOCP ?

Stresstest, benchmark, gaming...

Be precise

Without DOCP It was fine for a stress test but would fail to run Cinebench. Userbenchmark said "benchmark incomplete" for the GPU
