My PC restarts randomly

Hello, my PC is crashing randomly when I play games, I have scanned memory and done a ton of things. I have a new 1000 watt power supply that did not solve the issue. It doesn't lose power altogether, the lights flicker and then it is as if it restarts. However the display does not show up again, so the system regains power but does not post

Please post your full system specs, as detailed as possible.

I have a Ryzen 7 5800x (AIO cooled), Merc SFX 6900xt, Asus tuf gaming b 550 plus wifi, Corsair 1000 watt power supply gold certified, and 2 16 gigabyte sticks of Corsair vengeance RGB pro

If your lights are flickering, then you're momentarily losing power to the PC. 

 

Try plugging it into a different circuit and see if it does the same thing.

Does the PC lights flicker only or does the screen also flicker?

As mentioned above, try to plug it into a different socket.
Where you have the PC plugged into right now might not be stable power.

I just plugged it into a new outlet because it crashed again, and this picture showed up. The screen just goes black, and the PC lights turn off then remain on.

Are you sure the new outlet is on a different circuit?
