sceptre 165hz.

Hello all 

 

  I've just gotten my first build up and running. all works as it should and is awesome thanks to all the LTT vids. However iv run into an issue with the 165hz option on the

monitor. everything works as it should until i use 165hz. the screen goes black but only in full screen playback. anyone run into this issue?  thanks in advance.
