Upgrading GPU

I am going to be upgrading my 2070 super to a 4070 and was wondering what or how do I delete the old drivers and things like that to ensure I smooth clear upgrade because I have heard when putting in a new GPU it is best to wipe old drivers and other things like that?

DDU is most widely recommended I believe - https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/. Make sure to read the documentation thoroughly!

 

When not switching brands it's less necessary than if you are but it's still probably good practice for cleanliness's sake.

DDU if you run into issues, but going from a 2000 to 4000 series Nvidia card should be fine without doing anything
