Would be A2* and B2* in your case.

When I go to turn on my pc the rear and cpu fan both start spinning but the front 3 fans don’t spin but the light turns on, the beep sound that occurs is 1 Long beep and 2 short beeps and I have tried to reseat the ram but that hasn’t solved anything and I found that if I press the reset button it makes the beep play, I have no idea since this is my first pc please help.

ps. The cpu is the Ryzen 5 5600g so it has an igpu so the build has no gpu.

Okay, so that appears to be a memory issue beeping code.

Have you tried only leaving one of them at the time and see if it posts?

I will 100% try that exactly where do I leave the 1 stick in? Also it’s 2x8gb totalling 16gb of ram

I just tried it and I left it in b1, since I had them in b1 and b2

Okay, leave only one ram stick in the fourth slot for now.

I have seen motherboards give DRAM alerts for unrelated issues.

Do you have a M.2 SSD mounted on the board?

Ok I’ll leave it in the 4th slot, yea I have 1 1TB on the motherboard

Remove the NVMe drive from the motherboard and see if it posts.

Yes, with the ram it’s in the second slot and the 4th slot also it worked! Thx.

i turned it on with only the ram in the 4th slot and it posted so I then turned it off and put the other one back in and it posted. Thxxxxx sooo much. I thought I was going to need something new.

Has the PC ever booted, or would this be the very first time?

Also since it made me go into the bios first the cpu is running at 84 Celsius, how do I fix that?

Regarding the fans, where are you connecting them?

Is the CPU fan spinning? If it is and it is still overheating, then you installed it incorrectly.

I would recommend getting a visual guide on how to install it.

Qoute my reply if you want me to answer back.

To do with the front 3 fans I followed the guide and I connected the cable to go to the motherboard to add gen 2 since the connector is a 3 pin there is a photo below.

to do with the cpu the fan is spinning and I will take it out and watch the video.

For the CPU, make sure to tighten the screws all the way down until they have stopped moving. Like the video says, first get the four screws in a little and then tighten the opposing corners first and then the others.

Did you connect the six cables? the RGB ones go to the HUB thats connected to USB. The other cable the fans have must be connected to the motherboard using the 3-way splitter and hooked into a fan header on the motherboard, as shown in the last picture.

I followed this tutorial https://youtu.be/5cDYoUlAz7I?si=bziKejClrR2zLb1G

also I was going to use the hub but I found that the usb in the hub connector was needing the already used usb spaces on the motherboard, if you could please send a video that will fix it or something
