Black screen no reaction

I am currently experiencing image glithces and black screens. My Pc has been running without any problems for over a year now and since 2 weeks it is acting weird . I tried resetting/ reinstalling my GPU Drivers. I cant pinpoint any programm, file or action. It happens so randomly i am out of ideas. Sometimes after 2 min other times it runs fine more 5plus hours

Yes in the past, but to my knowledge I had reset everything. I’ll have a look into it. Thanks
