Laptop won't boot

The other day the laptop of my friend started to at first just not boot up and just show a black screen, so he tried to boot it up several times and afterwards it started to show black screen with red lines(see the attached image) and after that it just randomly switches between green screen/BSOD and black screen with red lines. It was working fine without any issues up until now. I've tried to get into BIOS to see some specs and maybe reinstall windows, and I was able to get into BIOS however during my time in the BIOS it randomly cut off to a green screen and now I'm not sure if I should try to reinstall windows. The laptops model is: ASUS TUF Gaming F15 and windows 10 was installed on it.

 

Any kind of suggestion or help on what should I do to fix it is appreciated.
