Looking for a TV.. need help

As much as I know about monitors, my knowledge on TV's is somewhat limited.

The current TV I have is a trusty CRT TV (Sony Trinitron KV-27FV310 27inch (26inch viewable)). So as you can see, it is an old TV, and small, and needs a change.

My setup:

-> WiiU (supports HDMI)

-> DVD player (supports HDMI)

-> Non-HD Cable box (supports S-Video and Composite, may change it with an HD one and have HDMI)

-> I don't have a receiver or home audio system, nor looking into buying one (out of budget)

-> Distance from sofa ~8.5ft (~260cm)

What I am seeking:

-> I can plug my stuff in some fashion (obviously)

-> wide view angles (this is a living room TV, not a kitchen or room, so view angles are important to me).

-> 1080p

-> Digital Antenna support would be a plus, but not required (I think all TV's should have that already).

-> I don't really care about Smart-TV features, but if its there. Sure why not

And that is it, fairly basic.

Budget: 700$

Any suggestions?
