Hello Linus Tech Tips Community,
 

So recently, I was looking into computer parts, and I've been wanting to build a computer ever since I was 10, and I was looking into getting a semi-overkill computer. These are the Specs
CPU: Amd Ryzen 9 7950x3D
CPU Cooler: NZXT kraken 240 aio 240mm 
GPU: Asus dual rtx 4070
Motherboard:  MSI X670E Carbon Wifi
RAM: G.skill ripsaw ddr5 2x32 (64gb) 6800 mt/s, cl 34-45-45-108 
Case: NZXT H5 flow compact atx mid tower 
Storage
    M.2 : samsung 970 evo 2tb 
    Sata Ssd: samsung 870 evo 2tb 2.5 in
    Hard Drive: barracuda 3.5 inch 6 gb/s 7200 rpm 256 cache 
PSU: thermaltake 850 80+ gold fully modular
Case fans: 5 artic p12 120mm 
Capture card: elgato 4k60 mk.2

If your main purpose for this build is to play games:

  • Consider getting a weaker CPU like the Ryzen 7800x3d and allocating those savings to a better GPU.
  • I would personally go with an RTX4080;unlike prev. RTX xx70 cards, the RTX 4070 is not a good value card due to it's lower VRAM and it's LOW 192 bit Bus 
  • If you insist with the Ryzen 9 CPU, consider getting a 360MM or a 280mm  AIO and possibly a different case that can fit one like Fractal Design or Corsair cases
  • X670E Chipset is really unecessary, you can save some money by going B650E and put that towards a better GPU or a monitor

Asus Dual is not a mid tier model cooler, so don't expect much overclocking headroom on that card.
