Secondhand/pre-built recommendation

On mobile. Forgive the odd formatting. After posting on reddit and getting no response thinking I was shadow banned I hope someone can help me here.

 

Need a computer. Don't have much money. Not in us or ca.

 

I've narrowed it down to like three 'desktops' .

 

1. Mini/micro thinkcentre

Ryzen 3 5350GE

16gb ram

256 nvme

7500php ( approx 135usd)

 

2. Mini/micro thinkcentre

Ryzen 5 2400G

8Gb ram

500gb

7000php (approx 126usd)

 

Feels like a no Brainer, option 1 should be better, but I'm not sure the radeon graphics 6 on option 1 is better than the vega 11  on option 2

 

Option 1 doesn't have a vga output, which my one and only monitor has. Might be able to find a cheapo monitor though.

 

Then there's option 3

I can find similarly priced sff or maybe even atx second pre-builts with i3 7th Gen, and if I'm lucky i3 10th Gen.

With the caveat that I'm most likely will not be able to afford a dedicated gpu in the near future

 

Thoughts?

Id say max 10,000php or 180usd

But that would include a monitor if the unit doesn't have a vga out

Unfortunately, lazada sellers post their items inaccurately.

Like they will list on the title "core i3 i5 i7 etc etc" but will convinientLy not include which specific Gen it is, even in the customization or in the product details section.

Or they would mislead by using a photo and specs of a good/cheap price, but in reality the price is for a crappy configuration.

The only way one can get a good deal on this platform is if the seller screws up your order.
