Two Lenovo Laptops, Single Docking Port, Possible to KVM this setup?

Hi there, I have a work laptop and my personal laptop. Both are Lenovos and I work with a dual monitor setup, exchanging the thunderbolt cable when I want to use one over the other. I'm wondering if there's a KVM setup that'll work with my existing docking setup (Lenovo), something like two thunderbolt cables going into a KVM then into the dock. Does this exist? Or is there another way of accomplishing this? It'd be nice to toggle between both setups easily.
