Cheap TV recommandations

Hey, I would like to get a new TV for my dad for christmas, he is currently using my old 32" FHD Sony Bravia TV, but it's display has a line in the middle, and the colors below it are different then above, so it's kinda time to replace it. 

I'm on a pretty low budger, around 300 USD, and I have a few TVs on my list, but first of all, I don't really know, if it needs to be UHD and 43" at all, since we already got one if we want to watch high quality content. He would use it in the bedroom which is kinda small and usually be ~2,5 or 3 meters from the TV. One more important thing, it has to have a CI slot. 

 

So my options are (but feel free to recommand other ones):
TCL 32S5400AF 32" Full HD ~200 USD (Basically on the list only as a 1/1 replacement of his old with a bit better screen, not a realy "upgrade" at all)
Hisense 32A5KQ 32" FHD QLED ~250 USD
TCL 40S5400A 40" FullHD ~250 USD
HISENSE 40A4K Full HD ~280USD
Hisense 43A69K 43" 4K UHD ~300 USD
Hisense 43A6BG 43" UHD ~300USD
TCL 43P635 43" 4K HDR ~300USD

I was thinking on the Hisense 43A69K or the TCL 43P635 43" 4K, but I don't know which one is better to be honest, and as I said, if it dosent worth the extra ~50$ to have 4K for that screen size and watching distance, then I wouldn't spend it and go with a 40" FHD TCL.
