Best NAS for plex

What is a good Nas or home and network storage for a running plex with 4K video streaming home and abroad

 

I will be running Max 2 streams at once but  often  one

 

Also will be using the naz to access files when I'm not at home on my mobile I like when I'm abroad

What is your upload speed and do you know if you need to transcode? 

If you have an old computer, the performance might be best using that and adding a cheap nvidia Quadro card to do transcoding.
