[Question] is this 850W PSU Enough for my parts

Hey wanted to know for sure if the 850W PSU from gigabyte (UD850GM) is enough for my pc parts:

 

i7 14700KF

RTX 3080 TI

2x16GB Ram DDR5(RGB)

360mm AIO AIO DeepCool LS720,

x4 extra fans.

Yes it will work, at minimum you will only need about 750 to 800.

Just wanna make sure, do you plan to OC your CPU as well?
What motherboard will you use?

I am not sure but im looking for a Z790 maybe from asrock or gigabyte not sure yet

Also 1 thing, i am not sure if i ACTUALLY should go with DDR5, if its really worth it, if its not then i would save some money because i already have 32GB 3200MHZ, and DDR4 motherboards are cheaper here
