upgrade Upgrading my Rig

CPU Cooler: Artic Liquid Freezer II 240

 

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 M-CF

RAM: Corsair DDR4 64gb (4 slots) running 3600MHz

 

GPU: Zotac Rtx 2070 Super 

 

I am thinking about upgrading the GPU to something like a rtx 4070 Aero oc, but I am just not sure ~ should I Upgrade my motherboard as well? Or even CPU? 

I highly appreciate anyone responding

You can definitely move the ram and cooler to a new cpu and motherboard, just make sure the psu is good enough, tho in that case that's a whole new system, not an upgrade

Aside from the huge RAM capacity, this build is fairly balanced as is. If your situation permits it, I would look into selling the entire build to fund a new one, since you're already totally platform locked. I recon you could safely get 500€ out of it, in which case your new 1,400€ budget opens the doors to:
