This is a good and breathable case, especially with lots of fans included

Any specific reasons for choosing 7950X3D?

Either streaming and video editing doesn't really have significant performance boost on 16 core compared to 8 core

If it's because of gaming, 7800X3D actually performs way better despite of less cores, clock speed, and price. This is caused by extreme heat output from this chip and inefficiency, which leads to . . .

If you're determined for 7950X3D, you would probably need an AIO 360 to cool it so that it won't reach thermal throttle

I would recommend ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360 (but still depends on the size of your PC case

You have a good point, I was not sure if the 7950X3D was really worth the extra $500 or not. Thank you for your input.

Well, not much

About the budget, if you're willing to max out the budget, you could probably use either RX 7900 XTX or RTX 4080 and use higher capacity PSU to 1000W

But other than that, your part list looks good
