Windows 10 Reinstall Question

So I been having some issues with Windows on my pc, and I have decided a fresh reinstall is the best option. I have 3 physical drives on my pc, and the one Windows is currently on has 2 partitions. If I were to reinstall windows on that partition, is the rest of the drive safe?
