I need help finding the right PC

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I'm looking to play minecraft, starfield, Ark survival Ascended, last of us, and unreal engine 5 game development 

Other details I'm new at building pc's and I don't know what parts are good together or not, any help will be very appreciated.  

edit: forgot to add but I'm currently using a laptop for game development and playing games, I wanted to switch to a desktop for a while but didn't have the money but now I do and just need help figuring out the right parts.

Get a ryzen 7 7800x3d and a 4070tior 4080 32gig ddr5 ram and try to not spend money on RGB get a good aio you can search for which is am5 ready
