Budget (including currency): max €2000 but preferably €1500 or lower

Country: Belgium

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: occasional 4K video editing in DaVinci Resolve and basic gaming (eFootball, The Division, Total War series)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

My laptop recently broke down and now I'm looking to build my first desktop PC (since I was already using the laptop docked about 90% of the time). However, I have an old PC at my disposal from which I was hoping to harvest some parts to cut costs (MSI Codex 3 VR7RC-005EU).

Parts list to be harvested from MSI Codex 3 VR7RC-005EU
 - Case
 - Motherboard: Intel H110
 - CPU: Intel Core i5 7400
 - GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060
 - RAM: 1x 8GB DDR4
 - Storage: 1TB Hard Drive + 500GB SATA SSD (aftermarket)

Thanks in advance!

None. Id sell the PC as is and boost your budget, that PC would still fetch some price.

But for your workflow, honestly 2000 Euro is overkill. This is workable for less, coming from a long term Division 2 player.
