Hi everybody,

my PC is, like title said, going through random freezes/bsod.
I'm in the PC maintenance since 2001 and it it is my first time having something this weird.

Freezes can occur completely randomly, sometimes on heavy load, sometimes just using MSOffice.
This freezes are strange, first the main app is frozen while all the others are okay, and mouse/keyboard are still working.
Then PC completely freeze and there's nothing to do but hard shutdown.
Things I've already tried :

- testing cpu with cinebench/occt => every thing is ok

- testing gpu with furmark/3Dmark => every thing seems ok

- reseting bios to default

- setting ram's frequency from 4000 to 3200

- taking out 2 sticks of ram on the 4

- crystaldisk is ok on all my drives

- fresh install of windows 11 on the other ssd

- I looked in the windows system events but nothing is showing as critical except shutdown

I'm quite lost, any help would be appreciated.

My config is

- i9 13900K

- Asus Strix Z790-A D4

- RTX 4090 Zotac trinity

- Tridentz royal DDR4-4000Mhz 4x8Go

- 2x1To ssd nvme Samsung 970Pro

- Evga 1300GT power supply

All the computer is custom watercooled since 01/01/23

Go to C:\Windows\Minidump and check if you have any minidump files. If you do, go back to the Windows folder and copy the Minidump folder itself to the Downloads folder (You can use the desktop if you don't have OneDrive syncing files). Zip the copied folder and attach it to a post. Please follow the instructions to the letter as Windows doesn't like you messing with files in this location.
