Cracked Side Panel (PC Case)

Go to solution Solved by adm0n,

If you want it to be transparent, you could coat it with a thin film of epoxy resin on both sides. But you would need a dust free space to do this, and also some kind of guide at both sides. That would look the cleanest in my opinion.

Otherwise you could probably get away with gluing a window safety film on at least one side of your side panel. At least if you are capable of doing that without destroying it.

So I was unboxing a case and I dropped the side panel (about 3 cm) and cracked hard, but since I had the peels on it didn't explode and it still in one piece. Is there any way to reuse it? (some sort of adhesive that could be applied from one side to give it structural strenght), Not gonna lie, I like the texture it has with the cracked glass but I obviously won't use it in this state. The case is a DeepCool Matrexx50-AR, it's pretty cheap so I don't mind buying another.

Thanks in advance.
